The Doctor’s Civil Liability In The Organs’ Removal And Transplantation Field

Abstract
Organs’ removal and transplantation requires the presence of a person who donates one of his body organs, another person who receives the donated organ, and a doctor who transfers the organ from the donor’s body then transplants it into the recipient’s body. This operation carried out by the doctor may cause harm to others, which creates a certain responsibility born by the doctor. What is, then, the doctor’s civil liability in the ? human organ removal and transplantation field? And what are the conditions that must be met for both responsibilities
