Authors : Chelighem Abir .

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the Chinese foreign policy towards sub-Saharan Africa, considering it a new partner in the region, similar to the partners, or rather, the former colonizers, led by France, by highlighting the various mechanisms that China adopted to achieve its goals in the region, as it embodied A new strategy known as "mutual benefit" or "win-win cooperation", as well as offering low-interest loans and financial incentives without requiring political demands such as the establishment of democratic institutions and respect for human rights in return for its development aid, unlike France or the United States, which pursue the so-called conditional aid policy .
