Artificial Intelligence And Knowledge Management: Towards An Innovative Model In Higher Education

Abstract

This study aimed to explore the role of artificial intelligence in applying knowledge management in higher education, as artificial intelligence provides the possibilities to improve the process of collecting, analyzing and disseminating information effectively, so that artificial intelligence plays a major role in enhancing knowledge management within higher education institutions, and helps in customizing academic content according to To the needs of students and faculty members, in addition, It contributes to improving administrative processes by automating routine tasks and providing data-driven decision support systems, which increases the efficiency of managing educational institutions. Despite the many advantages of this technology, the application of artificial intelligence in knowledge management faces challenges related to organization and governance, which requires adopting balanced strategies that combine innovation and effective guidance to ensure achieving the maximum benefit from artificial intelligence in developing the higher education system. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في التعليم العالي، حيث يوفر الذكاء الاصطناعي إمكانيات تحسين عملية جمع المعلومات وتحليلها ونشرها بفاعلية، بحيث يلعب الذكاء الاصطناعي دورًا رئيسيًا في تعزيز إدارة المعرفة داخل مؤسسات التعليم العالي، ويساعد في تخصيص المحتوى الأكاديمي وفقًا لاحتياجات الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، إضافةً إلى ذلك، يسهم في تحسين العمليات الإدارية من خلال أتمتة المهام الروتينية وتوفير أنظمة دعم القرار المبنية على البيانات، مما يرفع كفاءة إدارة المؤسسات التعليمية. ورغم المزايا العديدة لهذه التقنية، إلا أن تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في إدارة المعرفة يواجه تحديات تتعلق بالتنظيم والحوكمة، مما يتطلب اعتماد استراتيجيات متوازنة تجمع بين الابتكار والتوجيه الفعّال لضمان تحقيق أقصى استفادة من الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير منظومة التعليم العالي.
