The Impact Of Strategic Capabilities In Developing Culture Excellence On Achieving Organizational Excellence In The Banking System At The Northern State In Sudan (ar)

Abstract
The study identify the impact of (SC) in developing (CE) on achieving (OE) in The (BS). The problem of study is that many branches banks still do not realize the importance role of (SC) in developing (CE) and their effects on achieving (OE). The study found developing (CE) is mediating the relationship between (SC) & achieving (OE) with an Indirect Effect of (0.922). The study recommended there is a need to increase leadership and employees awareness in the banks under study on to the impact of (SC) and developing (CE) on achieving (OE) for banks.
