الملخص
يتناول هذا البحث دراسة موضوع إمام من الأئمة المالكية الكبار في المغرب العربي، ومكانته العلمية، وهو ابن أبي زيد القيرواني من حيث حياته الشخصية، الاسم والميلاد والمنشأ والوفاة، ومن حيث حياته العلمية، المكانة والشيوخ الذين درس عليهم، والتلاميذ الذين تتلمذوا على يديه، ومن حيث حياته السياسية، العصر الذي عاش فيه وموقفه من ذلك. بالإضافة إلى إسهاماته العلمية الكبيرة في التصنيف، وجهوده العظيمة في شتى الفنون وخاصة في المجال الأصولي والفقهي، والذب عن المذهب المالكي بعد امتداد حركات التشيع وانتشار البدع والخرفات. Abstract: This research deals with the study of the subject of one of the major Maliki imams in the Arab Maghreb, and his scholarly status. He is Ibn Abi Zaid al-Qayrawani in terms of his personal life, name, birth, origin, and death, and in terms of his scholarly life, status, the sheikhs whom he studied with, the students who studied under him, and those In terms of his political life, the era in which he lived, and his position on it. In addition to his great scientific contributions to classification, and his great efforts in various arts, especially in the field of fundamentalism and jurisprudence, and defending the Maliki doctrine after the spread of Shiism movements and the spread of heresies and superstitions.
