الملخص
نحاول من خلال هذا البحث بيان علاقة التصدير والتشهير عند الإمام ابن القاضي من خلال كتاب (بيان الخلاف والتّشهير) باختيارات الإمام أبي عمرو الدّاني. وتتجلّى مشكلة البحث في التالي: ما مدى اعتماد ابن القاضي في التصدير والتشهير على الإمام أبي عمرو الدّاني؟ ويهدف البحث إلى بيان مسوّغات التّصدير والتشهير عند الإمام ابن القاضي وعلاقتها بآراء الإمام الداني، وقد جاء هذا البحث في خمسة مباحث هي كالتالي: المبحث الأوّل: وفيه تعريف بالإمام أبي عمرو الدّاني (444ه) وبمعالم اختياراته، المبحث الثاني: وفيه تعريف مختصر بابن القاضي، وبكتابه "بيان الخلاف والتّشهير"، المبحث الثالث: وفيه مفهوم التصدير والتّشهير عند الإمام ابن القاضي وعلاقتهما باختيارات الإمام الدّاني، المبحث الرابع: وفيه دراسة نماذج من المصدّر عند ابن القاضي وعلاقته بالمدرسة الدّانيّة. المبحث الخامس: وفيه دراسة نماذج من المشهور عند ابن القاضي وعلاقته بالمدرسة الدّانيّة. ثمّ الخاتمة: وفيها أهمّ النتائج. We are trying through this research to explain the relationship between lead and defamation according to Imam Ibn al-Qadi through the book (byan alkhilaf walttshhyr) with the choices of Imam Abu Amr al-Dani. The research problem is evident in the following: To what extent does Ibn al-Qadi rely on Imam Abu Amr al-Dani in his accusations and defamation? The research aims to explain the justifications for lead and defamation according to Ibn al-Qadi and their relationship to the opinions of Imam al-Dani. This research came in five sections, which are as follows: The first section: It contains an introduction to Imam Abu Amr al-Dani (444 AH) and the features of his choices. The second section: It contains a brief introduction to Ibn al-Qadi and his book (byan alkhilaf walttshhyr) The third topic: It includes the concept of export and defamation according to Imam Ibn al-Qadi and their relationship to the choices of Imam al-Dani. The fourth topic: It includes a study of examples of the source according to Ibn al-Qadi and its relationship with the Dani school. The fifth section: It includes a study of examples of what is well-known according to Ibn al-Qadi and its relationship to the Dani school. Then the conclusion: which contains the most important results.
