Protection Of A Deformed Foetus Before The Soul Is Breathed Into It In Islamic Jurisprudence.

Abstract
Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the fact of protecting a deformed foetus before the soul is breathed into it. The foetus is naturally created through the insemination process between a male sperm and a female egg cell. Since that moment, it undergoes four stages, including the sperm, clot, lump, and bones. The study also showed that its protection is before the deformities as the prevention of prohibited sexual practices, spouses’ selection, pre-marital health check-up, rescission of the marriage contract, and baby gender determination in case one of the spouses suffers from a disease, as well as it is after the deformities like the foetus protection in natural growth, its treatment during pregnancy, and its preservation from abortion crime.
