Abstract

Abstract: The current study aimed to evaluate the level of executive functions represented in both planning skills and cognitive flexibility in dysphasia patients, by using two tests to collect data: Figure de Rey A and Trail Making B. The study was conducted on a sample of two dysphasia cases, using the descriptive approach in the case study style. In light of the results obtained, it became clear to us that the executive functions represented in both cognitive flexibility and planning are disturbed in dysphasia patients ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم مستوى الوظائف التنفيذية المتمثلة في كل من مهارة التخطيط و المرونة المعرفية لدى المصاب بالدسفازيا، من خلال استعمال اختبارين لجمع البيانات و هما: اختبار راي الشكل المعقد (A) و اختبار تتبع المسار(B)، و تم اجراء الدراسة على مجموعة دراسة قوامها حالتين مصابة بالدسفازيا، و ذلك باتباع المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب دراسة الحالة. و في ضوء النتائج المتحصل عليها تبين لنا أن الوظائف التنفيذية المتمثلة في كل من المرونة المعرفية و التخطيط مضطربة لدى المصاب بالدسفازيا. Résumé: L'étude actuelle visait à évaluer le niveau des fonctions exécutives représentées à la fois dans les capacités de planification et dans la flexibilité cognitive chez les patients atteints de dysphasie, en utilisant deux tests pour collecter des données : le Ray Complex Figure Test (A) et le Trail Making (B). L'étude a été menée sur un groupe d'étude composé de deux cas atteints de dysphasie, en utilisant l'approche descriptive utilisant la méthode des études de cas. D’aprés les résultats obtenus, il nous est apparu clairement que les fonctions exécutives représentées à la fois par la flexibilité cognitive et la planification sont perturbées chez les personnes atteintes de dysphasie.
