الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل عملية الاستقطاب في الموارد البشرية ، وذلك بتحديد العوامل المؤثرة على نجاحها والتحديات التي تواجهها. من خلال منهجية وصفية تحليلية، تسعى الدراسة إلى فهم أعمق لمفهوم الاستقطاب، وتحديد المصادر المثلى للبحث عن الموظفين المؤهلين، وتحليل مراحل(خطوات) عملية الاستقطاب،وتقديم توصيات عملية لتحسينها. الهدف النهائي هو المساهمة في بناء قوة عاملة مؤهلة تساهم في تحقيق أهداف المنظمة. Abstract: This study aims to conduct a thorough analysis of the recruitment process in human resources, specifically identifying factors influencing its success and the challenges it faces. Through a descriptive analytical approach, this research seeks to develop a deeper understanding of the concept of recruitment, determine optimal sources for finding qualified candidates, analyze the various stages of the recruitment process, and provide practical recommendations for improvement. The ultimate goal is to contribute to the development of a skilled workforce that can contribute to achieving organizational objectives.
