إسهامات الذكاء الاصطناعي في قطاع العدالة Contributions Of Artificial Intelligence To The Justice Sector

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي يشغله الذكاء الاصطناعي في المجال القضائي، من خلال التعرف على التقاضي الذكي وتمييزه عن التقاضي الإلكتروني، حيث أن هذا الأخير هو المعمول به في جل الدول العربية حاليا لما له من تسهيلات ونجاحات في تطوير العدالة. وكذا التعرف على مختلف تجارب الدول، وخاصة منها المتقدمة، في مجال استعمال الذكاء الاصطناعي في التقاضي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن من مميزات العصر الرقمي، هو استخدام الأدوات الرقمية في التقاضي، وتعديل التشريعات لمواءمة هذا التحول واعتماد التقاضي الذكي بما يتناسب ونوع التعاملات. Abstract: This study aims to know the role played by artificial intelligence in the judicial field, by identifying smart litigation and distinguishing it from electronic litigation, as the latter is currently in effect in most Arab countries because of its facilities and successes in developing justice. As well as learning about the various experiences of countries, especially developed ones, in the field of using artificial intelligence in litigation. The study concluded that one of the advantages of the digital age is the use of digital tools in litigation, amending legislation to adapt to this transformation, and adopting smart litigation to suit the type of transactions.
