The Algeria, in alignment with global trends, has prioritized the modernization of public services through digitization, supplanting physical administrative transactions with electronic processes. This shift is particularly pronounced in public procurements, where the legislative impetus has been to streamline operations and enhance transparency, thereby safeguarding public funds. Enacted under Law No. 23-12, the Electronic Public Procurement Portal (EPPP) institutionalizes digitization as a conduit for transparency, enabling the electronic dissemination of tender information and documentation between contracting authorities and economic operators.
