Abstract

Abstract: Transparency is a fundamental principle in public procurement, as it plays an essential role in promoting integrity, ensuring fairness among economic operators, and protecting of public funds. Artificial intelligence contributes to strengthening this principle through the accurate and rapid processing of data in accordance with unified and objective standards. Moreover, it supports oversight mechanisms in public procurement across its various stages, thereby enhancing accountability and promoting effective control over public spending. ملخص: تعد الشفافية مبدأ أساسيا في الصفقات العمومية نظرا لدورها في تكريس النزاهة و المساواة بين المتعاملين الاقتصاديين و ضمان الإدارة الرشيدة للمال العام .ويسهم الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز هذا المبدأ من خلال المعالجة الدقيقة و السريعة للبيانات و فق معايير موحدة، إضافة الى دعم الرقابة على الصفقات العمومية في مختلف مراحلها.
