دراسة سوسيولوجية حول ظاهرة التوحد (خصائصه-أسبابه-تشخيصه)

الملخص
يعد اضطراب التوحد من أكثر الاضطرابات النمائية تأثيرا على القدرات النمائية المتباينة للطفل، حيث لازالت هذه الإعاقة تثير الكثير من التساؤلات المحيرة، مما أدى إلى تأخر اكتشاف العلاج الناجح لحالات التوحد، وهذا دفع بالمختصين والباحثين إلى تسخير كل جهودهم للبحث في هذا المرض ومحاولة تشخيصه بهدف إيجاد علاج نافع له أو التقليل من حالات انتشار التوحد وهذا من خلال معرفة أسباب المرض المختلفة والمتنوعة. ولهذا نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى محاولة فهم هذا الاضطراب، حيث تناولنا المفاهيم، ولمحة تاريخية عن ظاهرة التوحد، أهمية دراسة التوحد، أنواع التوحد، خصائص وسمات التوحد، أساب التوحد، كذلك تنولنا التشخيص من مراحل التشخيص، كذلك فريق المختصين في التشخيص، معوقات التشخيص، أدوات التشخيص، وتوصلنا إلى أهمية دراسة هذا الاضطراب بما يتطلبه كل تخصص، كما نوصي بضرورة التشخيص المبكر للمريض وهذا بهدف علاجه وتهيئته، مع ضرورة توعية المجتمع والاسرة بهذا المرض وكيفية التعامل مع المريض، خاصة في المناطق الريفية النائية، المنعزلة التي لا تعرف كيف تتعامل مع طفل التوحد مما تسوء حالته. Abstract: Autism is one of the most influential developmental disorders on the child's diverse developmental abilities. This disability still raises many puzzling questions, which has led to a delay in discovering a successful treatment for autism cases. This has prompted specialists and researchers to devote all their efforts to researching this disease and trying to diagnose it with the aim of finding an effective treatment for it or reducing its. Cases of autism prevalence, and this is through knowing the various and diverse causes of the disease. Therefore, we aim through this research paper to try to understand this disorder, as we discussed the concepts, a historical overview of the phenomenon of autism, the importance of studying autism, types of autism, characteristics and features of autism, causes of autism, and also discussed the diagnosis from the stages of diagnosis, as well as the team of specialists in diagnosis, obstacles to diagnosis, diagnostic tools, and we reached the importance of studying this disorder as required by each specialty, and we recommend the necessity of early diagnosis of the patient in order to treat and prepare him, with the necessity of educating society and the family about this disease and how to deal with the patient, especially in remote rural areas. The isolated person who does not know how to deal with an autistic child, which worsens his condition.
