Authors : Sakhri Maroua . Bouchenine Leila .

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of digital banking marketing in promoting financial inclusion, with a particular focus on Bangladesh as a leading case in the developing world. The research follows a descriptive-analytical methodology, relying on theoretical literature and official statistical data. The findings indicate that digital marketing represents a strategic tool for expanding access to financial services and increasing their usage, particularly among unbanked and underserved populations. It also enables banks to build trust, improve user experience, and deliver promotional messages more accurately and effectively. The case of Bangladesh demonstrates that combining digital infrastructure with effective banking marketing can lead to a significant transformation in advancing financial inclusion.
