الملخص
هدفنا من خلال هذا البحث إلى ذكر أهم مراحل عملية الإحصاء السادس للسكان والإسكان في الجزائر لسنة 2022 بدءا بمرحلة تكوين المكونين، تكوين الأعوان ومرحلة العمل الميداني. من ناحية أخرى، تطرقنا إلى أهم الثغرات في العملية سواء من ناحية التكوين، أو استعمال اللوحات الرقمية، وعرضنا أهم الصعوبات التي واجهت الأعوان في الميدان. من أجل ذلك، وظفنا وثائق الديوان الوطني للإحصائيات ووزارة الرقمنة والإحصائيات، واستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي لوصف سير العملية. تَعتبر الجزائر الإحصاء العام من أهم عمليات المنظومة الإحصائية الوطنية، لذلك سخرت له وسائل بشرية ومادية هائلة، حيث استخدمت لأول مرة تكنولوجيا المعلومات المتمثلة في اللوحات الرقمية، واعتمدت الرقمنة في عملية الإحصاء. رغم ذلك واجه الأعوان عدة مشاكل في الميدان مما أبرز نقص الاستعداد لهذه العملية المهمة. Our goal with this research is to outline the key stages of the sixth population and housing census in Algeria for 2022, starting with the training of trainers, the training of census agents, and the fieldwork phase. On the other hand, we addressed the main gaps in the process, whether related to training, the use of digital tablets, or or the challenges faced by the field agents. To this end, we utilized documents from the National Office of Statistics and the Ministry of Digitalization and Statistics, and employed a descriptive methodology to outline the progress of the process. Algeria considers the national census to be one of the most important operations within the national statistical system. Therefore, significant human and material resources were allocated to it, including the first-time use of information technology represented by digital tablets, and the adoption of digitalization in the census process. Despite this, the field agents faced several problems in the field, highlighting the lack of preparedness for this important operation.
