The Effect Of The Interactive Videogames On Fostering The Physical Activitypractice For The University Students

Abstract

This study tackles the effect of the interactive videogames on fostering the physical activity practice for university students. In this regard, we used the descriptive method with a sample of 50 students from the teachers' higher college in Laghouat, majoring in sport and physical education. Besides, we collected data using a questionnaire. Findings show that the interactive videogames remarkably increase the level of the informants' physical activity, as they adhere to sport activities and drills.
