الملخص
الملخص: أنشأت السلطات الإدارية المستقلة كآلية جديدة سعت الدولة من استحداثها إلى ضبط بعض القطاعات الحساسة لا سيما الاقتصادية منها، ووفرت لها الآليات القانونية التي تنظمها، والتي تهدف لحماية النظام الاقتصادي العام في الدولة، وتحقيق المصلحة العامة، من خلال مراقبة مشروعية وضبط التعاملات والأنشطة ذات الطابع الاقتصادي التي تمارسها مختلف المؤسسات الاقتصادية العمومية أو الخاصة، ولتحقيق ذلك يجب أن تتمتع هذه السلطات باستقلالية تامة لممارسة المهام الموكلة لها بكل حيادية واستقلال. Abstract: Independent administrative authorities have been established as a new mechanism devised by the State to regulate certain sensitive sectors, particularly those of an economic nature These authorities have been provided with the necessary legal frameworks to govern their operation, with the aim of safeguarding the general economic order of the State and promoting the public interest. This is achieved through the oversight of the legality and regulation of economic transactions and activities carried out by various public or private economic entities. To fulfill these objectives effectively, such authorities must enjoy full independence, enabling them to perform their assigned functions with impartiality and autonomy.
