الملخص
لقد حضي مفهوم المواطنة باهتمام كبير في الأوساط المختلفة في الفترة المعاصرة ، سواء السياسية أو العلمية الأكاديمية، حيث تعبر المواطنة عن الانتماء الحقيقي للوطن، وبما أن الجزائر دولة فتية واحتمال فقدان قيم المواطنة أو قلتها بها فإننا سنحاول الحديث عن دور المواطنة في التنمية وكيف يمكن لمؤسسات المجتمع المدني أن تعزز قيم المواطنة بالجزائر، حيث أن المواطنة الفعالة يجب أن يتمتع فيها الفرد بالقدرة على المشاركة في العملية السياسية والمسؤوليات المدنية والاجتماعية والأخلاقية بواسطة التواصل والتفاعل مع الآخرين بشكل إيجابي، والاحساس بهم ومراعاة حقوقهم واحترام خصوصياتهم وانتماءاتهم العرقية والدينية، والمساهمة في إدارة الاختلاف معهم بطريقة ودية وسلمية بعيدة عن العنف والتطرف. The concept of citizenship has received great attention in various circles in the contemporary period, whether political or scientific, academic, where citizenship expresses true belonging to the homeland, and since Algeria is a young country and the possibility of losing citizenship values or lacking them, we will try to talk about the role of citizenship in development and how the institutions of Civil society is to promote the values of citizenship in Algeria, as effective citizenship in which the individual must have the ability to participate in the political process and civic, social and moral responsibilities by communicating and interacting with others positively, feeling them, observing their rights, respecting their privacy and ethnic and religious affiliations, and contributing to managing differences with them In a friendly and peaceful way, far from violence and extremism.
