الملخص
تتوقف حماية المستهلك على توفيره منتجات سليمة خالية من أي مخاطر تهدد سلامته وأمنه، الأمر الذي يتطلب متابعة المنتجات في جميع مراحلها من إنتاج وتوزيع، ما جعل الدول تكرس في قوانينها الداخلية فكرة تتبع المنتجات التي تلتزم بموجها المؤسسات المنتجة بمتابعة مسار منتجاتها حتى بعد طرحها في التداول، والتي عملت على تدعيمها بآليات رقابية منها شبكة الإنذار السريع التي كرسها المشرع الجزائري بموجب المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 12-203. Consumer protection depends on providing safe products free from any risks that threaten their safety and security, which requires monitoring products at all stages of production and distribution. This has led countries to enshrine in their laws the idea of product tracking, which obligates producing institutions to monitor the path of their products even after they are put into circulation. They have worked to support this with control mechanisms, including the rapid alert network established by the Algerian legislator under Executive Decree N°12-203.
