الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة ظاهرة أخلاقية ضد شريحة مهمة في المجتمع وهي فئة الأطفال، حيث تركز على ظاهرة الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال في المحتوى غير المشروع عبر المحتويات الرقمية، باعتبارها من أخطر الانتهاكات المعاصرة الموجهة ضد الطفولة، وتكتسب هذه الدراسة أهميتها من حساسية الفئة المستهدفة وضعف قدرتها على حماية نفسها، مما يجعلها عرضة للإيذاء والاستغلال، وتسعى إلى تحقيق عدة أهداف محورية تتضمن تحليل آليات وأنماط هذا النوع من الانتهاكات، وتقديم قراءة تحليلية للمؤشرات الإحصائية العالمية حول حجم الظاهرة وانتشارها، كما تعمل على مراجعة تحليلية للأطر القانونية والتشريعات الدولية المناهضة لهذه الممارسات، مع التركيز على الاتفاقيات والبروتوكولات الدولية ذات الصلة، وحاولت الباحثة تقديم إطار سوسيو -قانوني للتدخل الوقائي والعلاجي، حيث يشمل استراتيجيات الحماية والمكافحة على المستويات التشريعية والأمنية والاجتماعية، مع التركيز على الدور المحوري للمؤسسات المعنية بحماية الطفولة في الحد من هذه الظاهرة. This study addresses a moral phenomenon against an important segment of society - children, focusing on the phenomenon of sexual exploitation of children in illegal content through digital contents, as it is considered one of the most dangerous contemporary violations directed against childhood. The study derives its importance from the sensitivity of the targeted group and their weak ability to protect themselves, making them vulnerable to abuse and exploitation. The study seeks to achieve several pivotal objectives, including analyzing the mechanisms and patterns of this type of violation, and providing an analytical reading of global statistical indicators about the size and spread of the phenomenon. It also works on an analytical review of legal frameworks and international legislation against these practices, focusing on relevant international conventions and protocols. The researcher attempted to present a socio-legal framework for preventive and therapeutic intervention, which includes protection and combat strategies at the legislative, security, and social levels, while focusing on the pivotal role of institutions concerned with child protection in reducing this phenomenon.
