الملخص
يتجلى من خلال دراسة موضوع خِطبة المرأة في مجتمعات العصر الوسيط أن هناك العديد من العادات والتقاليد التي كانت سائدة وراسخة في أذهان هذه المجتمعات، والتي لا تختلف في مجملها على ما هو سائد في باقي المجتمعات الإسلامية، فأعطت للحاضرة المغاربية هوية إسلامية تربطها ببقية العالم الإسلامي، ولقد كان للخاطبة دور فعال في المجتمع حيث ساعدت على الوصال المجتمعي، وذلك من خلال الوصل بين الخاطب والمخطوبة وعرض صفات وشروط كل طرف، إذ تحاول أن تقنع كل طرف من أجل السعي لتأسيس أسرة جديدة. كل هذه الدلالات والإشارات التاريخية والاجتماعية استخرجتها من خلال استقراء الفتاوى والنوازل الخاصة بالخِطبة في المعيار للونشريسي. It is evident from studying the subject of women's engagement in medieval societies that there were many customs and traditions that were prevalent and deeply rooted in the minds of these societies, which did not differ in their entirety from what is prevalent in the rest of the Islamic societies, thus giving the Maghreb city an Islamic identity that links it to the rest of the Islamic world. The matchmaker played an effective role in society, as she helped in social connection, by connecting the suitor and the fiancée and presenting the qualities and conditions of each party, as she tried to convince each party in order to strive to establish a new family. I extracted all these historical and social indications and references through the induction of fatwas and incidents related to engagement in Al-Wansharisi's Al-Mi'yar.
