Abstract
Abstract: The world faces significant changes in how countries interact and make plans for the future because new tech tools have come so fast. AI computers and digital ways of talking are playing a big part in changing how countries act with each other. This area wants to learn how these new tools change how countries plan and run the world, as things are increasingly connected. AI means that computers can think like humans do. It is used in talking between countries to look at a massive amount of data, to see if problems will happen, and to make the best plan. This diplomacy offers broad reach, low cost, and rapid response. However, these new ways have big problems, like the spreading lies, the fear of what these new ways can do to our accounts, how these things can work for bad, and the fact that no one has one law made by all that can say how to use these new ways on the world stage. History shows that the way we talk and make friends is constantly changing. This AI is just the next thing that needs to learn how to use its size for good and not for bad, to find a way to bring peace.
