تأثير إستخدام التكنولوجيا على الطفل -المخاطر والحلول-

الملخص
ملخص: تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع تأثير استخدام التكنولوجيا على الطفل -المخاطر والحلول-، من منطلق أنه التكنولوجيات قد أصبحت جزءً لا يتجزأ من حياتنا اليومية، وحاضرة بقوة لاسيما في التطبيقات على الهواتف الذكية أو شاشات التلفزيون...إلخ. الأمر الذي يجعل الطفل وجها لوجه مع هذه التقنيات، مما يثير الكثير من المخاوف والتساؤلات على تأثرها على صحة الطفل من جميع الجوانب، المعرفية العقلية، النفسية، الجنسية والاجتماعية، لهذا حاولنا أن نوضح من خلال هذه الدراسة آثار استخدام التكنولوجيا على الطفل من منطلق أنها ضرورة حيوية وحضارية تساعده على الاطلاع على كل ما هو راهن وتكسبه ثقافة جديدة، إلا أن المختصين يحذرون من التأثير السلبي لهذه التقنيات على سلامة الطفل وخاصة أن هذه الوسائط الرقمية تؤثر على تركيز الطفل وتشتت انتباهه، كما تعمل على عزلهم عن المحيط الخارجي والاجتماعي مما يشكل له صعوبة في التواصل مع الآخرين، أي حدوث مشاكل في التواصل، كما قد تؤثر على صحتهم النفسية والجنسية نظرا للتهديدات الأمنية المقصودة التي أفرزتها هذه التكنولوجيات، كما أرفقنا هذا بالإجراءات الوقائية من أجل التخفيف من مخاطر التكنولوجيا وجعلها في صالح الطفل والمجتمع عن طريق وضع حلول، كالرقابة والتنظيم من أجل الإدارة الجيدة لاستخدام الأجهزة التكنولوجية. وقد اتبعنا في إنجاز هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي التاريخي الملائم لمثل هذه الدراسات النظرية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التكنولوجيا، الطفل، الرقابة، المخاطر، الصحة. Abstract: This research paper addresses the issue of the impact of technology on children - risks and solutions -, on the basis that technologies have become an integral part of our daily lives, and are strongly present, especially in applications on smart phones or television screens...etc. Which brings the child face to face with these technologies, which raises many fears and questions about their impact on the child’s health from all aspects: cognitive, mental, psychological, sexual, and social. Therefore, we tried to clarify through this study the effects of using technology on the child on the basis that it is a vital and cultural necessity that helps him become aware of everything current and gives him a new culture. However, specialists warn of the negative impact of these technologies on the child’s safety, especially since these digital media affect the child’s concentration and distract him, and also work to isolate them from the external and social environment, which poses a problem for him. Difficulty communicating with others, that is, the occurrence of communication problems. It may also affect their psychological and sexual health due to the intended security threats created by these technologies. We have also attached this to preventive measures in order to mitigate the risks of technology and make it in the interest of the child and society by developing solutions, such as censorship. and regulation for good management of the use of technological devices. In completing this research, we have followed the historical analytical method appropriate for such theoretical studies. Keywords: technology, children, control, risks, health.
