الملخص
ملخص: ان حماية وحفظ التراث الثقافي المادي على اختلاف أنواعه من الزوال والاندثار، يعتبر اليوم من أولويات البحث الأثري في كل دول العالم تقريبا، لأن هذا الموروث يعتبر شاهدا على تطور الفكر البشري خلال مختلف المراحل التاريخية التي مر بها الانسان، وهو الشاهد المادي الذي يبعث الأمل في ربط أجيال الماضي بالحاضر والمستقبل. ولا يمكن حماية هذا التراث الا بتكاتف الجهود بين الفاعلين في هذا المجال، سواء تعلق الأمر بالمؤسسات أو الأفراد، ومن أجل ذلك تسعى الدول الى سن قوانين وتشريعات تهتم بتنظيم هذا الأمر، وتحفز وتنشط المجتمعات على الاهتمام بتراثهم الذي يعتبر همزة وصل بين ماضي أجدادهم ومستقبل أحفادهم. وسنجد في هذا المقال تجربة مؤسسة ثقافية جزائرية في مجال ترميم المعالم الأثرية في الجزائر وكيفية الانتقال من معلم في حالة تلف الى معلم مجدد قابل للاستغلال. Abstract: The protection and preservation of material cultural heritage of all kinds of disappearance and extinction is one of the priorities of archaeological research in almost all countries of the world today, because this heritage is a witness to the development of human thought during the various historical stages that man has gone through, and it is the material witness that gives hope to link the generations of the past to the present and the future. This heritage can only be protected by joining efforts between the actors in this field, whether it comes to institutions or individuals, and for this, countries seek to set laws and legislation concerned with organizing this matter, and stimulates and stimulates societies to pay attention to their heritage, which is a link between the past of their ancestors and the future of their grandchildren. In this article, we will find the experience of an Algerian cultural institution in the field of restoring archaeological monuments in Algeria and how to move from a teacher in a state of damage to a renewed teacher that can be exploited.
