الأدوار الجديدة للأستاذ الجامعي في التعليم عن بعد

الملخص
مع تطور التكنولوجيا وانتشارها تزايد اعتماد التعليم عن بعد، وأصبح خيارا أساسيا في الكثير من البلدان والمؤسسات التعليمية حول العالم، إذ يتطلب هذا النوع من التعليم وجود تقنيات تعليمية متطورة وكفاءة في التواصل الإلكتروني لضمان تجربة تعليمية فعّالة، وعليه نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقديم إطار مفاهيمي لنظام التعليم عن بعد من حيث التعريف به ورصد مساره التاريخي والفلسفة والمبادئ التي يستند إليها، كما تم تحديد الأدوار الجديدة التي ينبغي للأستاذ الجامعي القيام بها في ظل تبني وتطبيق هذا النمط من التعليم، وقد تم التوصل إلى أدوار متعددة أهمها: تصميم التعليم، توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم، تشجيع تفاعل الطلاب، وتطوير التعلّم الذاتي لديهم، كما خلصت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى صياغة جملة من التوصيات لتفعيل دور الأستاذ الجامعي في ظل تطبيق التعليم عن بعد في قطاع التعليم العالي لاسيما الجامعات الجزائرية. With the development and spread of technology, distance learning has become an essential option in many countries and educational institutions around the world, as this type of learning requires the presence of advanced educational technologies and the effectiveness of electronic communication to guarantee an effective educational experience. Therefore, we seek through this research paper to provide a conceptual framework for the distance learning system in terms of defining and tracking its historical journey and the philosophy and principles on which it is based. The new roles that the university lecturer should play in the light of the adoption and application of this type of teaching have been identified, and multiple roles have been achieved, the most important of which are the design of teaching, the use of educational technology, the encouragement of interaction with students and the development of self-learning by students : The paper concludes with a series of recommendations for activating the role of the university teacher in the light of the application of distance learning in the higher education sector, particularly in Algerian universities.
