L'identité Du Journaliste Sportif En Algérie : Entre Défi De La Réalité Et Horizon Juridique Espéré « étude Descriptive Sur L’application De Loi De Médias Année 2023 En Algérie »

Résumé : Etre journaliste n’est pas facile, ce métier des difficultés, certains caractéristiques sont demandés mise appart le don, la présence, le sens d’investigation, la patience pour avoir les vérités l’identité de journalistes est favorisée par des lois et des décrets strictement détermine dans le monde entier âpres un parcours scientifique et d’apprentissage durant des années. En Algérie c’est un peu différent bien que l’identité de journaliste a été démontré selon les décrets d’information de 1982, 1990, 2012 il a reste obscure pour exerce ce métier difficile et surtout dans le domaine sportif, ce dernier en Algérie réunie un taux élevé de suivi par le grand publique ainsi qu’une grande majorité des journalistes exerçants en Algérie. Dans notre feuille scientifique et comme buts détermine, c’est de voir auprès l’identité de journaliste sportif en Algérie, utilisant pour notre étude descriptive pour l’analyse scientifique. ملخص: أن تكون صحفيًا ليس بالأمر السهل، فهذه المهنة تواجه صعوبات، وهناك خصائص معينة مطلوبة بصرف النظر عن الموهبة، والحضور، وحس التحقيق، والصبر للوصول إلى الحقيقة. يتم تفضيل هوية الصحفيين من خلال القوانين والمراسيم المحددة بدقة في جميع أنحاء البلاد. العالم بعد رحلة علمية وتعليمية على مدى سنوات. أما في الجزائر فالأمر مختلف بعض الشيء، على الرغم من أن هوية الصحفي قد تم إثباتها بموجب مراسيم الإعلام لسنة 1982، 1990، 2012، إلا أن ممارسة هذه المهنة الصعبة لا تزال غامضة وخاصة في المجال الرياضي، حيث يتمتع الأخير في الجزائر بنسبة عالية من متابعة من قبل الجمهور العام وكذلك الغالبية العظمى من الصحفيين العاملين في الجزائر. في ورقتنا العلمية وأهدافنا المحددة، هو التعرف على هوية الصحفي الرياضي في الجزائر، وذلك باستخدام دراستنا الوصفية للتحليل العلمي. Abstract : Being a journalist is not easy, this profession has difficulties, certain characteristics are required apart from the gift, the presence, the sense of investigation, the patience to get to the truth the identity of journalists is favored by laws and decrees strictly determined throughout the world after a scientific and learning journey over years. In Algeria it is a little different although the identity of journalist has been demonstrated according to the information decrees of 1982, 1990, 2012 it remains obscure to exercise this difficult profession and especially in the sporting field, the latter in Algeria brings together a high rate of follow-up by the general public as well as a large majority of journalists working in Algeria. In our scientific sheet and as determined goals, it is to see the identity of sports journalist in Algeria, using for our descriptive study for scientific analysis.
