Extradition Of Criminals In The Context Of Combating Cybercrime

Abstract
The technological development that our modern era has known has a set of negative effects, perhaps the most important of which is what is known as information crime, which in turn led to the development of a new type of criminal known as the information criminal, as it differs from the traditional criminal, whether in terms of the criminal means, behavior, its categories, or the motives that lead him to commit the crime.
