Abstract

This research paper aims to address the legal value of digital forensic evidence and the legal and technical problems , it raises at the same time, as despite the positive role that Digital media plays in all areas of life, it negatively affects the increase in crime rate, the diversity of its methods, and building a generation of Criminals who specialize in information technology and the use of modern technology, so that the crime is no longer difficult or high risk, and the disappearance of barriers between countries, cultures and languages contributed to this, and the complete openness that allows the exchange of information easily.
