أخلاقيات الإعلام وتمظهرات الجريمة في الفضاء الإلكتروني

الملخص
إن سيطرة مخرجات الانفجار المعلوماتي على تفاصيل مختلف مناحي الحياة المجتمعية، وكذا طغيان إفرازات لاستخدام الإلكتروني بفضاءاته المتعددة والمتنوعة على تمظهرات شتى تصرفات وسلوكيات الأفراد والجماعات على حد سواء حتم على ممارسي الإعلامي التقيد بالضوابط والأخلاقيات الملزمة لهم أثناء تأدية نشاطهم، وفي هذا الفضاء بالذات حفاظا على قيمه المضمون الاتصالي وصونا لنبل الرسالة الإعلامية الهادفة. ومن هذا المنطلق سنتطرق في هذه المداخلة إلى أخلاقيات الممارسة الإعلامية في الوسط الإفتراضي الإلكتروني لما لذلك من أهمية في هذه الممارسة وفي تحقيق مراميها وردعا لما قد ينجم عن تجاهل تلك الأخلاقيات من تجاوزات تصل أحيانا إلى حد الجرائم. ABSTRACT: The dominance of the outcomes of the information explosion over various aspects of societal life, along with the overwhelming impact of electronic usage across its multiple and diverse spaces on the behaviors and actions of individuals and groups alike, has necessitated that media practitioners adhere to binding regulations and ethical standards in carrying out their activities. This adherence is particularly crucial in the virtual space to preserve the integrity of communicative content and uphold the noble purpose of responsible journalism. From this perspective, this paper will address the ethics of media practice in the electronic virtual environment, given its significance in shaping professional conduct, achieving its intended objectives, and preventing violations that may sometimes escalate into crimes due to neglecting these ethical guidelines.
