الملخص
الملخص ملامح الصورة الراهنية لمنظماتنا، تقدم ازدواجية واضحة، فهي ترفع شعارات براقة، تكشف عند التعمق الى ما دون ظواهر الأمور فيها عن مظهرية مزيفة، تخفي واقعًا قاتمًا يسلب العامل انسانيته ويحاصره من كل الجوانب، ويكرس لنوع من العبودية الطوعية التي تخضعه لمنطق ميكانيكي حتمي، حتى أضحى اللايقين هو اليقين الوحيد كما يقرر زيجمونت باومان فتشظت كل مراكز الثقل التي شيدتها الحداثة الصلبة، فأصبحت منظماتنا تسير وفق قوالب جامدة، انحصرت في لغة واحدة ووحيدة هي تعظيم المكاسب وتقليل الخسائر، دون النظر الى البعد الإنساني الذي حتى وإن وجد الاهتمام به، فهو لا يتعدى منطق الفعالية الموجهة نحو الأهداف الاقتصادية بالأساس. الكلمات المفتاحية: الالتزام الاغترابي؛ السوسيولوجيا؛ الواقع التنظيمي؛ المنظمة؛ العامل. Abstract: The features of the current image of our organizations present a clear duality, as they raise bright slogans, revealing, when delving deeper below the outward appearances of things, a false appearance, which hides a dark reality that robs the worker of his humanity and besieges him from all sides, and perpetuates a kind of voluntary slavery that subjects him to an inevitable mechanical logic, even Uncertainty has become the only certainty, as Zygmunt Baumann decides, so all the centers of gravity built by solid modernity have fragmented, so our organizations are moving according to rigid templates, confined to one and only language, which is maximizing gains and minimizing losses, without looking at the human dimension that even if there is interest in it, it does not It goes beyond the logic of activity oriented towards economic goals in the first place.
