الملخص
الملخص: هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على أخلاقيات مهنة التعليـم بين التمثــل والممارسـة-دراســة ميدانيـــــة ببعض ثانويات وسط ولايــــة المديــــة، واعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي، وخلصنا إلى مستوى الالتزام بأخلاقيـات مهنــة التعليـم بين التمثــل والممارسـة لدى أستاذ التعليم الثانوي منخفض وعدم وجود فروق فردية في مستوى أخلاقيـات مهنــة التعليـم بين التمثــل والممارسـة تبعا لمتغير الجنس ومدة التكوين. بينما توجد فروق فردية في مستوى أخلاقيـات مهنــة التعليـم بين التمثــل والممارسـة تبعا لمتغير الخبرة ABSTRACT The study aimed to identify the ethics of the teaching profession between representation and practice - a field study in some high schools in the middle of the state of Medea, and we adopted the descriptive approach, and we concluded that the level of commitment to the ethics of the teaching profession between representation and practice among secondary education teachers is low and there are no individual differences in the level of ethics of the teaching profession between representation and practice Depending on the gender variable and the duration of formation. While there are individual differences in the level of ethics of the teaching profession between representation and practice, according to the experience variable.: , , , ,
