سـؤال القيـم المهنيـــة فـي الخطـاب التربــوي دراسة تحليليـــة لمحتوى القرارات الوزارية لقطــاع التربيـــة والتعليم في الجزائــــر

الملخص
هدفت الدارسة الحالية علىكشفمدى انسجام أبعاد القيم المهنية (التربوية والأخلاقية والمهنية)مع الخطاب التربوي بموجبالقرارات القانونية والوزارية التي تٌؤَطر قانونيا مهام الفاعلين التربويين خاصة الأساتذة، كمطلب اجتماعينحو المشرع الجزائري لسنه القوانين وفق ما هو واقع في حياة المدرسة الجزائرية،تم الإعتماد على منهج تحليل محتوى لعينة نموذجية من القرار رقم (65) يحدد كيفيات تنظيم الجماعة التربوية وسيرها،ومن النتائجالتي توصلتاليها الدراسة أن النصوص والقرارات القانونية تبقى مجردة لا تحاكي الواقع، فدور الأستاذ في محتوى القرار قيد التحليل ضعيف التناول في بنوده لا يوازي بين التمثل والممارسة المهنية. The Focus of Ourstudy isidentifying the extent of the cohesion of the professional values dimensions (educational, moral and professional) along with the educational discourse of some legal articles and ministerial decisions that legally framed the tasks of actors mainly teachers as a social demand toward the Algerian legislator to follow it according to the reality of the Algerian school life, relying on a curriculum to analyses a content of a typical sample from resolution n65 which specifies the organization of the educational community and its coursing This study came up with several findings, the principle one is that the legal text and decisions remain abstract and don’t simulate the reality. So, the teacher role in making decision under analyzing is weak in its items and it doesn’t parallelize between acting and Professional practice
