الملخص
ملخص: تُمثّل الخدمات الطبية والصحية الموجهة للأفراد والجماعات، مؤشرا هاما على مستوى تقدم المجتمعات، ويرتبط تقديم هذه الخدمات بعدة أطر، ومسارات طبية، نفسية، اجتماعية وثقافية. هذه التأثيرات خلقت تقاطعات مختلفة بين الحقول العلمية مثل سوسويولوجيا الصحة، أو علم الاجتماع الطبي، الصحة النفسية، الرعاية الصحية وكذلك الخدمة الاجتماعية، التي تتناول مجالات عديدة، منها ما يهتم بالجانب التربوي، الأسري، الترفيهي، كما تمارس في المجال الصحي والطبي من خلال ما يعرف بالخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية. والتي تمثل إحدى المجالات التطبيقية الهامة للخدمة الاجتماعية، تقوم على تقديم خدمات صحية وطبية سواء للأفراد، الجماعات أو المجتمعات وتأخذ بعين الاعتبار تأثير البيئة الاجتماعية على المرضى، وتسعى إلى تحقيق أهداف وقائية، علاجية وتنموية، وبالتالي الارتقاء بالمستوى الصحي للإنسان والمحافظة على نمط حياته. ونظرا للأهمية التي تحتلها الخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية في تحقيق صحة الأفراد والمجتمعات والتنمية عامة، فإننا سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال التعرف على هذا الفرع المعرفي، والإشكالات المطروحة حول هذا المفهوم، علاقته ببعض المفاهيم الأخرى، ظروف نشأته وكذا السيرورة التاريخية التي مر بها، بالإضافة إلى إبراز طبيعة الممارسة المهنية للخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية، ومدى مساهمتها في تحقيق الصحة العامة. Abstract: The provision of medical and health services to individuals and groups is a significant indicator of societal progress. The delivery of these services is interconnected with a variety of medical, psychological, social and cultural frameworks and pathways. These influences have created different intersections between scientific fields such as health sociology, medical sociology, mental health, health care as well as social service, which deals with many fields, including those concerned with the educational, family, recreational aspect, and practised in the health and medical field through what is known as medical social service. This domain of medical social work is recognised as a significant applied field of social work, focusing on the provision of health and medical services to individuals, groups or communities. It encompasses the assessment of the impact of the social environment on patients, with the objective of achieving preventive, curative and developmental goals. The ultimate aim of this field is to enhance the health status and quality of life of individuals. In view of the importance that medical social service occupies in achieving the health of individuals, societies and development in general, the aim of this article is to identify this branch of knowledge, the problems posed about this concept, its relationship to some other concepts, the circumstances of its inception as well as the historical process it went through, in addition to highlighting the nature of the professional practice of medical social work, and the extent of its contribution to achieving public health.
