الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أبعاد التنمر وأشكاله، خاصة الاستبعاد والاقصاء الاجتماعي داخل الوسط المدرسي، باعتبار أن هذه الظاهرة تخلف العديد من الأثار المتعددة على المستويات التربوية والاجتماعية والثقافية، ومن هذا المنطلق تبرز الحاجة إلى فهم دور الخدمة الاجتماعية وما تقدمه من تدخلات ومساعدات للفرد والمتعلم من اجل الحد من مظاهر هذه السلوكيات المنتشرة، ولفهم الموضوع أكثر تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الكيفي من خلال تحليل مضمون عدد من حالات الدراسة وقد خلصت النتائج إلى أن الخدمة الاجتماعية تساعد بشكل كبير في فهم متطلبات البيئة المدرسية، رغم محدودية تفعيلها في العديد من المؤسسات التربوية. This study aims to highlight the dimensions and forms of bullying, particularly social exclusion and marginalization within the school environment, given that this phenomenon generates multiple effects at the educational, social, and cultural levels. Hence, the need arises to understand the role of social work and the various interventions and support it provides to individuals and learners in order to reduce the manifestations of these widespread behaviors. To deepen the understanding of the topic, this study relied on a qualitative approach, using content analysis of a number of case studies. The findings revealed that social work significantly contributes to understanding the requirements of the school environment, despite its limited implementation in many educational institutions.
