الملخص

جاءت هذه الدراسة في إطار السعي لإيجاد مقاربات يمكنها تسهيل عملية تنزيل الديمقراطية التشاركية في الجزائر وعليه تم استخدام مقاربة المقاولاتية الاجتماعية، حيث نهدف من خلال هذا البحث لطرح المقاولاتية الاجتماعية كوسيلة مساعدة تجهز المجتمع لاستقبال النموذج التشاركي والتجاوب مع مضامينه. وتحقيقا لهذا الهدف قدمنا تصورا حول طبيعة العلاقة بين المقاربتين لتبرير الربط بينهما بالإضافة لتوضيح النقاط والعناصر التي تساهم المقاولاتية الاجتماعية في تعزيزها في المجتمع كالتنمية المستدامة والمشاركة المجتمعية وثقافة المواطنة والتي تمثل في الوقت ذاته المضامين الأساسية التي يدور حولها مفهوم الديمقراطية التشاركية. This study is part of an effort to find approaches that can facilitate the process of reflecting participatory democracy in Algeria. Therefore, the approach of social entrepreneurship has been used. Through this research, we aim to introduce social entrepreneurship as a means of helping society to receive the participatory model. In order to achieve this goal, we have conceived the nature of the relationship between the two approaches to justify linking them, as well as to clarify the points and elements that social entrepreneurship contributes to strengthening in society, such as sustainable development, community participation and a culture of citizenship, which at the same time represent the fundamental contents around which the concept of participatory democracy revolves.
