This study aims to develop security training and awareness programs for early detection of social engineering threats, focusing on the human element—the weakest link in organizational cyber-security. Using a descriptive method, it analyzed literature and current cyber-security trends, particularly user behavior. A strategy was proposed involving target identification, behavioral analysis, training implementation, and ongoing evaluation. The study emphasized interactive methods like simulations and serious games, and recommended regular awareness assessments, incident reviews, and content updates to improve training effectiveness and adaptability.
