The Impact Of Business Incubators On The Development Of Startups: Empirical Evidence From Some University Incubators In Algeria

Abstract
University business incubators play a vital role in nurturing entrepreneurial ventures, fostering innovation, and facilitating the growth of startups. They offer two primary forms of support-administrative and financial-which aid in the maturation and development of new ideas, ultimately contributing to economic growth and development. This study seeks to assess the impact of select university incubators in Algeria, on startup support. By examining their programs, activities, and outcomes, the research highlights that, despite being a relatively recent initiative in Algeria, university business incubators have a significant positive influence on empowering entrepreneurial ideas and emerging businesses through both administrative guidance and financial assistance.
