Abstract
The study highlights the role of business incubators in supporting startups, small and medium enterprises, and product developers. It examines the contribution of Algerian business incubators to economic growth and reducing unemployment. The research emphasizes the resources provided by incubators to help entrepreneurs develop their ideas and explains the stages of incubation leading to successful institutions and market-ready products. Despite the early stage and lack of statistical data, business incubators in Algeria have played a significant role in fostering economic growth, diversifying the economy, and supporting innovative projects among young people, thanks to the support of the Algerian state.
