الملخص
إنّ اللغة أداة أساسية في العملية التواصليّة بين أفراد المجتمع الواحد، وارتباطها بالإنسان أهلّها لمنزلة أسمى، أضحت جديرة بالدرس والتحليل لأهمية أسرارها. يعكس الحدث اللساني اللغوي القدرات العقلية التي يتميز بها الإنسان عن غيره، ولا يتجلّى ذلك إلاّ عند اتّصال هذا الإنسان مع غيره من أفراد المجتمع، في مواقف تتعدد وتختلف من فئة إلى أخرى. ومن وظائف اللغة التّواصل، وليحقق التّواصل اللغوي هدفه المنشود، يجدر بنا في تعليمها مراعاة خصائص هذه اللغة، وليكون الحرص على تبليغ ما تتّسم به من معايير وقوانين، لتأكيد ذلك على الواقع الاجتماعي للغة وحال المتعلمين. كيف يرى علماء العرب و الغرب القدامى و المعاصرين اللغة وحدثها اللساني ؟ و عليه كيف يتم استثمار المهارات اللغوية لتحقيق التواصل بين المتعلمين لتحقيق الهدف التعليمي التعلمي ؟ Language is an essential tool in the communicative process between members of the society, and its association with humans which qualifies her to a higher level , it has become worthy of study and analysis due to the importance of its secrets. The linguistic event reflects the mental capabilities that distinguish a person from others This is evident only when this person comes into contact with other members of society, in various situations and varies from one category to another. One of the functions of language is communication, and in order for language communication to achieve its desired goal, it is worthwhile for us to Teaching her to take into account the characteristics of this language, and to be keen to communicate the standards that characterize it And laws, to confirm this on the social reality of the language and the condition of the learners. How do ancient and contemporary Arab and Western scholars see the language and its linguistic speech? So, how are language skills invested to achieve communication between learners?
