المخطوطات الجزائرية ورقمنة التراث بين رهانات الواقع وتحديات المستقبل

الملخص
تروم الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أهمية المخطوطات الجزائرية وسبل الحفاظ عليها والاستزادة منها علميا وفكريا في ظل الخطر المحدق بها من تلف وضياع ونهب وتهريب، الأمر الذي يطرح استفاها كبيرا حول مآل هذا الإرث الفكري والحضاري الذي تزخر به الجزائر في مكتباتها وخزائنها بالإضافة إلى الأسر المالكة والمستحوذة لجلّه، والتي طالتها عجلة الزمن من إهتراء وتلف سواء بالعوامل الطبيعية أو البشرية، مما عجلّ على القائمين على هذا الموروث العلمي والفكري إلى تسخير الطرق العلمية والتكنولوجية الحديثة من خلال رقمنته ومعالجته للحفاظ عليه ومن ثمّ إتاحته إلى الدراسين للاستفادة والنهل منه وبالنتيجة تحقيقه وتقديمه وتعليمه للأجيال الناشئة. توصلنا في نهاية الدراسة إلى الجهود المضنية التي بذلتها الجزائر في الحفاظ على المخطوط وتحقيقه ونشره ورقمنته، كفيلة بإحيائه وبعث الروح فيه من جديد. الأمر الذي جعل عمليات تحقيق هذه النصوص المخطوطة التي أشرفت عليها الجهات الرسمية ترقى إلى مصاف الأعمال الجادة العلمية، والرصينة، تكون دعامة وعضدا للمشتغلين في هذا الحقل المعرفي لما تحويه من قيمة علمية وتاريخية، لتزودهم بذلك بمادة علمية صحيحة ومنقحة ذات بال. The study aims to reveal the importance of Algerian manuscripts and the means to preserve and enrich them scientifically and intellectually, given the imminent danger of damage, loss, looting, and smuggling. This raises significant questions about the fate of this intellectual and cultural heritage, which Algeria abounds in its libraries and treasuries, as well as the families that own and control most of it. The wheel of time has affected the deterioration and destruction of this heritage, both natural and human-caused. This has prompted those responsible for this scientific and intellectual heritage to harness modern scientific and technological methods by digitizing and processing it to preserve it, then make it available to scholars to benefit from and draw from it, and ultimately to authenticate, present, and teach it to younger generations. At the end of the study, we conclude that the strenuous efforts Algeria has made to preserve, authenticate, publish, and digitize manuscripts are sufficient to revive them and breathe new life into them. This has made the verification of these manuscripts, supervised by official bodies, rise to the level of serious, scientific, and solid work, a support and a source of support for those working in this field of knowledge, given the scientific and historical value they contain, thus providing them with correct, revised, and significant scientific material.
