التأويل النحوي عند علماء العربية القدامى Grammatical Interpretation Among Ancient Arabic Scholars

الملخص
يحاول هذا البحث تقديم إبانة منهجية عن الاستراتيجية الحجاجية التي اعتمدها علماء العربية القدامى في إصدار الحكم النحوي حول المسائل المخالفة للصّحة النّحوية؛ إذ تُعدّ الضرورة الشعرية عند سيبويه (ت188هـ) واختلاف لغات العربية مع صعوبة الإحاطة بها لابن فارس (ت395هـ)، والعمل بالمسوغ القياسي لابن مضّاء القرطبي (ت595هـ)، والأصل والفرع والقياس عند ابن جني من النماذج التي لجأ فيها النحاة إلى التأويل النحوي كحجّة برهانية في عمليتي القياس والاستنباط، حيث كانت حجاحية الـتأويل النحوي مدعّمة بالعِلل التّرجيحية والمسوّغات البرهانية وفق مقتضيات الضرورة اللغوية والسياقية، وهو ما جعل عملية وصف وتفسير ظاهرة التأويل النحوي تكشف أنّ التأويل ضربٌ من القياس يلجأ إليه النحوي لردّ الفرع ومواضع العدول إلى أحكام النحو وأصوله دون إخلال بالقاعدة النّحوية وضوابطها. Abstract: This study aims to provide a methodical elucidation of the rhetorical strategy employed by classical Arabic grammarians in issuing grammatical rulings on matters that deviate from normative grammatical correctness. Among the key examples are Sibawayh’s (d. 188 AH) concept of necessity in poetry, Ibn Faris’s (d. 395 AH) notion of linguistic diversity and the difficulty of encompassing it, Ibn Madda’ al-Qurtubi’s (d. 595 AH) use of analogical reasoning, and the theories of origin and branch and analogy according to Ibn Jinni. These represent instances where grammarians resorted to grammatical interpretation as a legitimate argumentative tool in the processes of analogy and deduction. The rhetorical power of grammatical interpretation was supported by probabilistic reasons and logical justifications according to the necessities of linguistic and contextual conditions. Consequently, the process of describing and explaining the phenomenon of grammatical interpretation reveals that it serves as a form of analogy that grammarians use to align exceptional cases and deviations with the foundational rules of grammar, without violating the established norms and constraints of the grammatical system.
