الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة النظام السياسي في جمهورية الصين الشعبية، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على عملية صنع القرار فيها، والتي تتسم بالغموض وتداخل الأدوار بين مختلف المؤسسات والجهات الفاعلة الرسمية وغير الرسمية. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أنّ الاعتماد على الدستور وحده لا يكفي لفهم عملية صنع القرار في الصين بشكل كامل. وبدلاً من ذلك، فإنّ فهم وإدراك العوامل الثقافية والاجتماعية والتاريخية والشخصية أمر ضروري. وبناءً على ذلك، يتميز النظام السياسي في الصين بالتعقيد والتشابك من حيث نمط السلطة وعملية صنع القرار. This study aims to examine the political system of the People's Republic of China, with a particular focus on its decision-making process, which is marked by ambiguity and overlapping roles among various official and unofficial institutions and actors. The study concludes that relying solely on the constitution is insufficient for fully understanding China's decision-making process. Instead, a deeper awareness of cultural, social, historical, and personal factors is essential. Based on this, the political system in China is characterized by complexity and intricacy.
