Digital Innovation And Its Impact On Achieving Organizational Performance Excellence: An Analytical Study Of Condor Electronics, Algeria

Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the impact of digital innovation on organizational performance excellence at Condor Electronics. Given the nature and objectives of the research, the descriptive-analytical method was employed. After distributing the questionnaire, the number of valid responses suitable for statistical analysis reached 125 respondents. The study yielded several key findings, most notably the existence of a statistically significant impact of digital innovation dimensions (digital readiness, digital innovation culture, and digital security) on organizational performance excellence and effectiveness. Keywords: Digital Innovation; Information Technology; Organizational Performance; Human Resources; Competitive Advantage. ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر الإبداع الرقمي على تميّز الأداء التنظيمي في مؤسسة كوندور إلكترونيك، وبناءا على طبيعة الدراسة والأهداف التي تسعى إلى تحقيقها فقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبعد توزيع الاستبانة وصلت الاستجابة إلى 125 مستجیبا قابلين للتحليل الإحصائي. لقد توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها: وجود تأثير ذي دلالة معنوية لأبعاد الإبداع الرقمي (الجاهزية الرقمية، ثقافة الإبداع الرقمي، الأمن الرقمي) على تميّز وفاعلية الأداء التنظيمي.
