The Impact Of Leverage On Improving Financial Performance - Case Study Of Condor Electronics For The Period 2018-2023

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of financial leverage on improving financial performance, measured by Return on Equity and Return on Capital Employed, at Condor Electronics during the period from 2018 to 2023. A time series consisting of 24 observations was used, which were converted from annual data to quarterly data using the EVIEWS10 software. Based on the results of the stationarity tests, we found that the series is stable in first differences, either with or without a constant and a trend. Therefore, the Autoregressive Model was adopted. Our findings indicate a positive relationship between Return on Equity and financial leverage, as well as between Return on Capital Employed and financial leverage, suggesting that financial leverage does have an impact on improving financial performance. On the other hand, we also concluded that there is no causal relationship between the study variables in either direction within Condor Electronics during the 2018-2023 period. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فحص تأثير الرفع المالي في تحسين الاداء المالي المقاس بالعائد على حقوق الملكية والعائد على رأس المالي المستثمر في مؤسسة كوندور إلكترونيكس للفترة 2018-2023، حيث تم الاعتماد على سلسلة زمنية مكونة من 24 مشاهدة بعد تحويلها من بيانات سنوية إلى ربع سنوية باستخدام برنامج EVIEWS10، وبالاعتماد على نتائج اختبارات استقرارية السلاسل الزمنية التي توصلنا انها مستقرة في الفروق الأولى بقاطع أو بقاطع واتجاه عام، لذا تم اعتماد نموذج الانحدار الذاتي. حيث توصلت دراستنا أنه هناك علاقة طردية بين العائد على حقوق الملكية والرفع المالي، والعائد على رأس المال المستثمر والرفع المالي، إذا هناك أثر للرفعة المالية وتحسين للاداء المالي هذا من جهة ومن جهة أخرى توصلنا إلى أنه لا توجد علاقة سببية بين متغيرات الدراسة في الاتجاهين في مؤسسة كوندور إلكترونيكس خلال الفترة 2018-2023.
