الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين معوقات الاتصال النفسية والانتماء التنظيمي، لدى عينة قوامها 60 عامل من فئة الاطارات بمؤسسة سونلغاز لولاية وهران، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي وبتطبيق كل من استبيان معوقات الاتصال النفسي واستبيان الانتماء التنظيمي، وأسفرت النتائج على ما يلي: -عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين معوقات الاتصال النفسية والانتماء التنظيمي عند الموظفين فئة الإطارات بمؤسسة سونلغاز وهران. -وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في معوقات الاتصال النفسية تعزى إلى متغير سنوات العمل عند الموظفين فئة الإطارات بمؤسسة سونلغاز وهران. -وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في الانتماء التنظيمي تعزى إلى متغير الجنس عند الموظفين فئة الإطارات بمؤسسة سونلغاز وهران. كلمات مفتاحية: معوقات الاتصال النفسية – الانتماء التنظيمي – فئة الإطارات The study aimed to identify the existence of a correlation between obstacles to psychological communication and organizational affiliation, among a sample of 60 workers of category managerial at the Sonelgaz Foundation in the state of Oran, using the descriptive approach, the obstacles to psychological Communication Questionnaire and the Organizational Affiliation Questionnaire, and the results resulted in the following. - There is no statistically significant correlation between obstacles to psychological communication and the dimension of belonging to the work institution as a body among civil servants in the managerial category at the Sonelgaz Oran Foundation. - There are statistically significant differences in obstacles to psychological communication attributed to the variable of years of work among civil servants in the managerial category at the Sonelgaz Oran Foundation. - There are statistically significant differences in organizational affiliation due to the gender variable among civil servants in the managerial category at the Sonelgaz Oran Foundation.
