الملخص
Abstract: The study aims to identify the phenomenon of violence within schools, particularly middle schools, due to the physiological changes children undergo during the transition from primary to middle school, which coincides with adolescence. It also highlights the importance of the role played by the educational supervisor in reducing this phenomenon. The study included all fourth-year middle school students at Boutrane Abdelkader Middle School in El Bayadh. We relied on questionnaire technology to collect data used to address the topic under investigation. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: - The educational supervisor plays an effective role in reducing the phenomenon of violence in the school environment, as they guide students through dialogue and conversations within their office and ensure that student-related matters are addressed within the school environment and may extend beyond it. - One of the most important tasks of the educational supervisor is monitoring students in the playground and guiding them to take actions that reduce instances of violence within the institution. ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلي التعرف على ظاهرة العنف داخل المدارس، خاصة الإكماليات نظرا للتغير الفسيولوجي للطفل والانتقال من مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي إلى مرحلة التعليم المتوسط التي ترتبط بسن المراهقة. كما تمكننا من معرفة أهمية الدور الذي يقوم به مشرف التربية للحد من هذه الظاهرة. شملت الدراسة جميع تلامذة السنة الرابعة متوسط بإكمالية بوتران عبد القادر بمدينة البيض، واعتمدنا على تقنية الاستمارة لجمع البيانات المستخدمة في معالجة الموضوع محل البحث. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن : - للمشرف التربية دور فعال في الحد من ظاهرة العنف في الوسط المدرسي لأنه يقوم بتوجيه التلاميذ عن طريق الحوار والمحادثات داخل مكتبه ويسهر على معالجة الامور الخاصة بالتلميذ داخل الوسط المدرسي وقد يتجاوز ذلك إلى خارجه. - من أهم أعمال مشرف التربية مراقبة التلاميذ في الساحة وتوجيههم للقيام بتصرفات تقلل من حالات العنف داخل المؤسسة.
