ملخص: في ظل التحديات المتزايدة التي تواجهها بيئات العمل الديناميكية، يصبح من الضروري تحليل وفهم الأدوار المختلفة لكل من الاتصال المؤسساتي والعلاقات العامة، وكيفية تداخل هذه الأدوار لتحقيق الأهداف الإستراتيجية للمؤسسة. وتبرز أهمية الموضوع بشكل خاص في السياق المؤسسي الحديث، حيث يلعب كل من الاتصال المؤسساتي والعلاقات العامة دورًا محوريًا في بناء وتعزيز مكانة المؤسسة على المدى الطويل. تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف الأبعاد المختلفة لتداخل وتكامل الأدوار بين الاتصال المؤسساتي والعلاقات العامة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التكامل الفعّال بين هذين المجالين يسهم بشكل كبير في تحسين التواصل الداخلي والخارجي، مما يعزز من صورة المؤسسة ويحقق أهدافها الإستراتيجية. هذا التكامل يمكن أن يؤدي إلى نتائج إيجابية ملموسة مثل تعزيز السمعة المؤسسية، تحسين التفاعل مع الجمهور، وزيادة الكفاءة في إدارة الأزمات. In light of the increasing challenges faced by dynamic work environments, it becomes necessary to analyze and understand the different roles of both corporate communication and public relations, and how these roles overlap to achieve the strategic goals of the organization. The topic is particularly important in the modern institutional context, where both corporate communication and public relations play a pivotal role in building and strengthening the organization's position in the long term. The study aims to explore the different dimensions of overlapping and complementary roles between institutional communication and public relations. The study concluded that the effective integration between these two areas contributes significantly to improving internal and external communication, which enhances the image of the institution and achieves its strategic objectives. This integration can lead to tangible positive results such as enhancing institutional reputation, improving interaction with the public, and increasing efficiency in crisis management.
