Abstract This study aims to explore the integration of cryptocurrencies in international trade and the challenges impeding their widespread adoption, including volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and trust barriers. Additionally, the study highlights the role of AI-driven market analysis in mitigating these challenges by enhancing market predictability and risk management. The study employed an analytical methodology, incorporating descriptive, comparative, and predictive approaches, as well as case studies and quantitative data analysis. The study found that cryptocurrencies have strong potential to transform global commerce, but their adoption is limited by inconsistent regulations and market instability. AI-based models were shown to improve market forecasting, optimize decision-making, and enhance risk management. These advancements increase the feasibility of using cryptocurrencies as a medium of exchange in international trade.
