اعتماد نموذجي Sherrod وkida للكشف عن حالة العسر المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية: دراسة حالة مؤسسة (tifib) بسكرة للفترة (2019-2022)

الملخص
: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة الكشف عن حالة العسر المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية مع دراسة حالة مؤسسة (TIFIB) بسكرة للفترة الممتدة بين (2019-2022) باعتماد نموذجي Sherrod وkid. وقد توصلت الدراسة من خلال تحليل نتائج نموذج Sherrod سنة 2019 أن قيمة المؤشر Z كانت محصورة بين 5 < Z < 20 وهي منطقة حرجة يصعب فيها الحكم على الوضع المالي للمؤسسة، أما خلال الفترة (2020-2022) فقد كانت قيمة المؤشر Z أقل من 5 مما يدل أن المؤسسة تعاني من عسر مالي، في حين أظهر تحليل نتائج نموذج Kida سنة 2019 أن الوضع المالي للمؤسسة جيد كون قيمة المؤشر Z أكبر من 0,38، أما خلال الفترة (2020-2022) فقد كانت قيم المؤشر Z أقل من 0,38 مما يدل أن المؤسسة تعاني من حالة عسر مالي، وقد وصلت المؤسسة إلى هذه الحالة نتيجة تحقيق خسائر متتالية، إضافة إلى عدم توفرها على السيولة التي تكاد تكون منعدمة وفي هذه الحالة تكون غير قادرة على مواجهة التزاماتها، مما تسبب لها في حالة عسر مالي حقيقي كما أن استمرار هذا الوضع يقودها إلى الإفلاس. This study aims to attempt to reveal the state of financial distress of the economic institution with a case study of the institution (TIFIB) in Biskra for the period extending between (2019-2022) by adopting the Sherrod and Kida models. The study concluded, by analyzing the results of the Sherrod model for the year 2019, that the value of the Z index was limited to 5< Z <20, which is a critical area in which it is difficult to judge the financial position of the institution. However, during the period (2020-2022), the value of the Z index was less than 5, which indicates that the institution is suffering from real financial distress, while the analysis of the results of the KIDA model in 2019 showed that the financial position of the institution is good, as the value of the Z index is greater than 0.38, but during the period (2020-2022) the value of the Z index was less than 0.38, which indicates that the institution is suffering from a state of financial distress. The institution reached this state as a result of successive losses, in addition to its lack of liquidity, which is almost non-existent. In this case, she is unable to fulfill her obligations, which has left her in real financial distress. The continuation of this situation leads to bankruptcy.
