Adhérence To Food Safety As An Effective Consumer Protection Mécanisme

Abstract

Food safety has become the focus of States' attention and thinking and legislation as an effective mechanism for achieving consumer protection. and to promote healthy food for members of society, noting that Algerian legislation has become very interested in the topic of food safety through its issuance of an intensive legal arsenal to reflect this health with the aim of protecting the consumer community and ensuring the prevalence of public health and the reflection of the public health system food safety ", the Algerian legislature has stressed the element of food safety and has fought against all avenues that may harm the element of food safety, especially as the risks of adulterated food are exacerbated by new industries and the emergence of large-scale commercial food enterprises, Not to mention the proliferation of food sales and fast food restaurants, the emergence of preservatives that extend the life of the food, as well as the introduction of new techniques in methods of preservation and food processing that directly affect food safety and threaten the consumer's life. لقد أصبح موضوع السلامة الغذائية يشغل اهتمام وتفكير الدول والتّشريعات باعتباره آلية فعّالة تحقّق الحماية المنشودة للمستهلك، وتعمل على تحقيق الغذاء الصحي لأفراد المجتمع، وما يلاحظ أنّ المشرّع الجزائري أصبح يهتمّ بشكل كبير بموضوع السلامة الغذائية من خلال إصداره لترسانة قانونية مكثّفة تعمل على تجسيد هذه الصحة بهدف حماية طائفة المستهلكين وضمان شيوع الصحة العامة وتجسيد النظام العام الصحي، فلقد عمد المشرع الجزائري إلى التّشديد على عنصر السلامة الغذائية ومحاربة كافّة السّبل التي قد تؤدّي إلى الإضرار بعنصر السّلامة في الغذاء خصوصا مع تفاقم أخطار الأغذية المغشوشة والتي باتت تتزايد بفعل صناعات جديدة ونشوء مؤسسات الأغذية على نطاق تجاري واسع، ناهيك عن انتشار أماكن بيع الأغذية ومطاعم الوجبات السريعة، وظهور المواد الحافظة التي تعمل على إطالة عمر المادة الغذائية، وكذا دخول تقنيات جديدة في طرق الحفظ والمعالجة الغذائية التي تؤثر بشكل مباشر على السلامة الغذائية وتهدّد حياة المستهلك.
